Modulating, casting and finishing sculptures are time-consuming crafts. You must take into account a delivery time of 3 to 4 months, but this remains an estimate. At Dutch Art Works, quality and customer satisfaction come first.
We adjust our sculptures so that the ashes of a loved one can be stored in a responsible manner. Of course, in close consultation with the client. And with a grave decoration, we look on site at what the wishes and possibilities are and adapt the sculpture accordingly.
The average amount of ash released after the cremation of an adult is approximately 3 to 3.5 liters. A bust of 30 cm height has a capacity of approximately 3.5 liters and a statue of 35 cm height has a capacity of approximately 4.0 liters. And of course there are also other solutions, all in good consultation of course.
Yes, during the intake you indicate what your wishes are. Once the sculpture has been modulated, there is an opportunity for participation, after which the image is cast in wax. When this wax figure is ready, there is another opportunity for participation, after which the statue is finally cast.
